FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and straightforward. First, I’ll ask what you need removed and what area you’re located in. From there, I’ll give you a quote and let you know what the process will look like— whether we need same-day pickup, scheduling, or if the job requires more than one haul. Once everything is clear and agreed on, I show up on time, get to work, and make sure the job is done safely, efficiently, and with respect for your space. When I drive away, you should feel relieved, not stressed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with my hands has been a part of my family for generations. This all started with my granddad’s pickup truck — the same truck that’s been passed down through my family. To me, it represents more than just equipment; it represents legacy, hard work, and pride. Growing up, hauling scrap metal or helping neighbors clear out their property wasn’t just a task — it was a way to serve and take care of our community. Keeping homes and land clean, organized, and safe always mattered. Starting this business felt like the natural next step. It’s my way of honoring the work ethic and values that were handed down to me, while providing a service that’s reliable, honest, and personal. I don’t just see this as hauling — I see it as helping people create space, breathe easier, and move forward. And through that process, you build trust and real connections — and that’s the part I appreciate most.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who respects both your time and your property. Anyone can haul something away — but not everyone takes pride in doing it the right way. Clear communication, honesty, and respect go a long way in this kind of work. It also helps to hire someone locally — someone who understands the community and takes pride in serving the people around them.
