Tiffany is originally from Brooklyn and now resides in the Metro Atlanta Area. She has a B.S. in Business Management and a Master’s in Math Education and Educational Leadership. She’s completed coursework in advanced nutrition, is a certified fitness instructor, and has over five years experience with group fitness and wellness coaching. Tiffany won the 2018 Rising In Community Excellence Award (R.I.C.E.) for Health and Wellness for her dedication to helping people adopt healthier lifestyles. She has been featured on television, radio, in magazines, and as a speaker at conferences and retreats. When she’s not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, thrifting, participating at her church, fitness training, creating healthy recipes, designing custom wigs, and traveling.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several services that can be made into custom packages. Some of my services include: Motivational Speaking Package - Starting at $497 (Includes digital participant resource guide, cookbook or t-shirt giveaway.) Wellness Coaching for Women - Group Coaching and One on One - Starting at $897 Cooking Healthy with Tiffany Cooking Parties/Classes - Starting at $497 Health and Wellness Workshops- Starting at $697 Metro Atlanta area. (Travel fees apply for areas outside of the metro area.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for new customers starts with the initial connection via the message feature on Thumbtack. In addition, I highly encourage new customers to go to tiffanyinspires.com/booknow and complete the intake form. This helps me get an idea of what type of services you are looking for and create the proper quote. Once completed I will review and contact you to book a time for us to discuss your event in more detail via phone or Zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have twenty plus years in the field of education with over ten years in coaching. I've been in the health and wellness, coaching, speaking space for over eight years. I have course work in nutrition, meal-prep, and personal training. I'm currently doing advance studies for my wellness coach certification.
