- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive — no hidden fees. Rates are based on the size of the move, distance, and labor involved. Every quote includes loading, unloading, and basic protection (blankets, straps, shrink wrap). We also offer bundle discounts for multiple services (e.g., junk removal + moving), and returning customers receive 5–10% off future bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering a few details — pickup and drop-off addresses, items to move, and any special requests (stairs, disassembly, etc.). Then we provide a clear quote and available time slots. Once you confirm, a $75 deposit secures your appointment (applied toward your total). We stay in touch leading up to moving day with reminders and updates for a smooth experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in residential and commercial moving, including safe lifting, packing, appliance handling, and stair navigation. We are licensed and insured, following Georgia state business and safety regulations to protect your property and belongings.
