I had the pleasure of working with him recently when I needed help getting rid of some furniture and other trash. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bid on jobs. If the customer has a contact number i usually call or have them call to see how we can accommodate them at a price that's both affordable an takes care of all their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lawncare training and have been taught the correct way to safely and properly move customers. We make sure all furniture is passed and safely secure during all moves.
