This team was VERY professional and worked VERY hard to complete the task at hand. They came prepared with plenty of supplies and great attitudes. The amount of work and work hours invested were worth so much more than what we were charged. We definitely got a LOT of bang for our buck on this job. I really feel we paid too little for the amount of work Jonathan and his team performed. They wrapped all of our furniture in blankets and nothing was damaged. They disassembled and reassembled our desk and beds and kept a positive disposition the ENTIRE day regardless of how tired they were. My only complaint/concern was the work was postponed at the last minute for one day and we probably needed a couple more men to assist with the work, BUT Jonathan and his team worked double hours to help ensure we were back on schedule for completing our move. They were a GREAT team to work with and I would use them again.

I’ve used budget movers before but We Are Family Movers were easily the best that I’ve used. They got back to me promptly, arrived when they said they would, worked really fast, and protected my stuff in the same way that full priced movers do. I will definitely use them again for future moves.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor- We charge a hourly rates! We offer experience movers with quick and efficient work. Our average time of labor for a 4+ bedroom with 4 Movers is 6-8 hours. Packing material(upon request and pricing is per box packed)- Wardrobe cartons: $14 Small carton: $2 Medium carton: $2.50 Large carton: $3 XL carton: $6 Dish pack: $6
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will like to know when the services will be needed, and from there exactly what kind of services needed also an idea of room numbers as well as the amount of furniture and boxes being moved. And lastly the distance between the origin of pick up and destination of delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience loading crates and containers while working over in the Bahamas. Great people skills with many different cultures and nationalities. With my experience I have developed great problem solving skills with large items maneuvering and moving them, and also efficiency and quickness with the ability to move furniture and pack boxes safely and transport them safely.
