Terrible service dont use. After being late by 30 minutes they show up with no cleaning supplies. I had an empty apartment that needed to be cleaned. Which i stated the day before not sure why they would think supplies would be supplied. Isn't that the point of a cleaning service? Said their vacuum cant pick up dog hair. Which means they dont even have commercial products. I had to hire a real professional service to come same day. If you didn't want to clean thats all you had to say.

Good afternoon, Ms. Kia I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused due to the lack of information in post regarding the need for the dog hair and feces left in carpet along with order which is an additional fee and requires specific cleaning equipment that we did not have. Based off posting that was listed, it stated supplies included no pets!,there was a miscommunication on the details of the work and the need for supplies. We were un prepared for the deep cleaning that was requested through thumbtack. My deepest apologies I can accommodate you with a discount on your next cleaning with a free add on.
