I decided to get a personal trainer because I was unsure about what to do in the gym. Joey really helped me reach my goals. In less than 3 months I saw results. You really have to stick to the workouts and ESPECIALLY the calorie intake he recommends to reach your goals. Joey went above and beyond, always responsive when I had any questions. He also works around any injuries or restrictions you have.

Joey is a great trainer! Every session is challenging, and I leave feeling like I had a quality workout without overdoing it. He is always on time, very responsive, and he makes sure I exercise in a way that won’t flare up any of my old injuries. Definitely recommend!!
