Dwayne of DMH Services did an outstanding job on my roofreplacement. He was the first to respond to my request to set up roof inspection. Dwayne explained everything about what was needed and would be done to complete job. A very neat, professional job and was done a head of time. Would give ten stars if I could.

It took me a while to find a reputable Company to replace my roof. I was very impressed with Dwyane. He provided an affordable estimate. He had his crew out within a few days to do the job. I am more than pleased with the quality of workmanship. I definitely recommend his services.

Dwayne was able to come to our house and perform a free mold inspection. He did not find anything fortunately for us, and was able to explain before coming what to expect and after his visit what he did. We will remember him if we ever have an issue in the future.

What an incredible experience working with Dwayne and DMH Services! Dwayne was super responsive (even on the weekends), and drove an extremely far distance to inspect my home for mold. He was genuinely empathetic to our family having to worry about mold in the house while raising 2 young boys. Dwayne answered all of our questions thoroughly and honestly, and we landed on fair and reasonable next steps. Dwayne ended up needing to come out to our house a total of 3 times to get the job done, and he was able to coordinate these meetings in short succession. We are very pleased with the inspection, recommendation, and the output from DMH Services, and would recommend them to anyone seeking mold services.

I have dealt with many contractors doing jobs from roofing, siding, plumbing, heating, insulating, painting, building additions. Normally I enter into a contract for services with some apprehensions. This roofing job was my second time to use the services of DMH Services. When you contract with DMH Services you deal directly with the owner, Mr. Dwayne Harley. On both jobs he has done for me Dwayne been (1) done what he said he would do; (2) he did it in the time frame he said he would do; (3) he came in on budget with no hidden "gotcha" charges. His bid on services will always be very competitive with other providers for the same service. Dwayne is a man of God and that is reflected in the way he treats his customers. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very reasonable and I give discounts to current as well as military veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet all customers and allow them to see all my credentials. I am very well versed in insurance claims procedures, I am a former inside adjuster. I do an inspection of the damage, provide an written estimate & the time table.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified roofer, a certified home inspector & a certified mold specialist.
