Alexis taught me a lot today in the short time that he was here. The main lesson was “don’t assume by how many reviews or who has the longest experience maybe be the best to do the job”. That was literally what I did hoping that the company just did not charge me a lot. Well, I waited more that two days just to receive some type of contact. This morning I decided to try someone else which was Tropical Augua Pools, LLC. I received a text from Alexis within the hour asking if he could assist me and meet in an hour. Being that I had to fly out later, of course it was YES PLEASE! When he arrived, he was professional and engaging. We went straight to the pool and I told him the problems. As he fixed it, he also explained how the parts of the pool, motor and pool knobs worked in simplistic form. I have had pool technicians in the past and they would not take the time to do that. I really appreciate that he not only shared his knowledge, he was professional and had competing pricing that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Alexis’s Tropical Augua Pools company. He eased my anxiety with the problems that I had with the pool. I’m definitely going to use him again. Try him...you will be pleasantly surprised.

The best professional I have ever hired for fixing and maintaining my swimming pool. He did a fantastic job cleaning the pool, diagnosed the issues, fixed the problem. The price he charged is very reasonable. I save a lot by using his service. Highly recommend to anyone.

I had a leak in the skimmer, I found Alex’s company and sent him request for a quote. He responded very quickly and gave me a quote based on me sending pictures of the pool and texting all the concerns. I tried to negotiate and his response was “I don’t negotiate”, my thought was he must be proud and confident of his work. That in itself made me feel very comfortable with hiring him ( of course all the reviews I read helped me with my decision). I will say this, this guy is no joke. Very particular about his work. No rush to get the job complete. He took his time and his crew is fantastic. They all are very professional and cares about quality of the work they do. Very honest, in fact I was thinking of replacing pump and he suggested not to do it but recommended couple things instead of replacing and he took care of it at no cost. Alex: it was pleasure doing business with you. I will pass your info to my friends and family! Thanks
