Alexis taught me a lot today in the short time that he was here. The main lesson was “don’t assume by how many reviews or who has the longest experience maybe be the best to do the job”. That was literally what I did hoping that the company just did not charge me a lot. Well, I waited more that two days just to receive some type of contact. This morning I decided to try someone else which was Tropical Augua Pools, LLC. I received a text from Alexis within the hour asking if he could assist me and meet in an hour. Being that I had to fly out later, of course it was YES PLEASE! When he arrived, he was professional and engaging. We went straight to the pool and I told him the problems. As he fixed it, he also explained how the parts of the pool, motor and pool knobs worked in simplistic form.
I have had pool technicians in the past and they would not take the time to do that. I really appreciate that he not only shared his knowledge, he was professional and had competing pricing that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Alexis’s Tropical Augua Pools company. He eased my anxiety with the problems that I had with the pool. I’m definitely going to use him again. Try him...you will be pleasantly surprised.

I highly recommend Alex with all of your swimming pool needs. I had a difficult time finding a company that services my side of town. I found Alex on Thumbtack, gave him a call, and he scheduled to come by the following day to inspect my pool and give me a quote. Alex is very knowledgeable about pool repairs, installations, and maintenance. He provides impeccable service and I am overly thrilled with how my pool looks. 5 STARS ⭐️

Alexis Did a wonderful job replacing my pool pump and helping me clear up my green pool. He is very knowledgeable and taught me alot about pool maintenance. I would definitely recommend him for any pool needs. He goes that extra mile for his customers. I will definitely be using him again.
