Manny was awesome. Extremely professional to work with, showed up on time and did a great job installing. Our job included a 65" tv on the wall, 60" TV above a fireplace and a 40" tv in our bedroom. They did a great job and even installed an outlet in a location that was missed by our home builder in order to make it a cleaner install.
Everything was done perfectly and they spent the entire time asking to make sure we were happy. In and out in an hour and very professional and courteous the entire time they were in our house.
We just finished building our house (our first) so we are over the top picky in terms of everything right now and we are beyond happy with the work.

He was right on time with everything I needed. He answered all my questions and concerns before he mounted my TV above the fireplace. He created a cable and power outlet above the fireplace which allows me hide all the wires. He was respectful, on time, skilled and cleaned everything up when finished. I could have not asked for a better person to install my TV.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base price for any of my standard jobs are $70. This price is based from time, labor, and material cost for a drywall install. Any additional pricing is based on travel time, additional work, custom work, and amount of work. Thumbtack is an outlet that you must be competitive in price so all my quotes are already discounted and veiwable once receipt from project is processed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is customer satisfaction which means I must be a good listener FIRST! Once i have the full details of how the project should be completed, i provide a thorugh and detailed explanation of how the work will be completed professionally, provide options based on home setup, and in addition allow walk through while working. My goal is to make a lasting impression and to always be the go-to guy for any home entertainment solution!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a Top cable industry cable company for over 4 years and have been trained, certified, and validated as a technician! This has given me an advantage in system knowledge, network configurations, power relocation, cable runs, safety/ hazard awarness, and the experience in low voltage technology!
