The owner Burt is very down to earth, has a wonderful personality. I believe I hired this company based on good vibes. The workmanship I would rate a 3. I know mishaps happen all the time but I had to point these things out. Some of these things you should have been able to spot out and correct before I noticed them. Example: cleaning up the excess paint on the trim, not painting inside the door frame, whereas when you open the door you can see the old paint, not cleaning up the paint chipping around the house, some areas received 2 coats of paint and others received 1 coat. My gutters got damaged but the owner quickly took care of that by hiring a gutter company to come out and replaced the portion that was damaged. I also had to reach out after they started that the job was done to come back out because I could see the previous color coming through. Burt had his guys come out and do a touch, however there is a lack of communication or miscommunication because they didn't go over the side of the house that I discussed. I just didn't even bother reaching out this last time. I think this company does an awesome job if it's not going to be a very detailed job like my house. I don't think the crew took pride in their work, why should I point out the obvious, you see this excess paint on the window trim and don't clean it up until I mention it. The person overseeing this project should have seen all of this, this is what you guys do but instead I have to point it out. The company did have the crew come back out to scrap off the excess paint off the window trim. Would I have this company again, I would but only for a small job.

Mr. Stimus sent out his team to my house to paint all 3 of my bedrooms. All of his employees were kind and listened to my requests. They cleaned up their workspace and took all of their trash with them when they completed the job. I let them use my laundry room sink to wash out their brushes and rollers and they left no sign of having been there other than having done an excellent job! I will definitely call on them again!
