Mow ,Blow & Go _ Mowing lawn, edging lawn, weed, clearing under bushes, blowing clippings to leave a clean result.
Mulch, straw, hay & rock install- Line area/flower bed & pin down. Deliver materials. Install at 2-3 in. deep
Aerate lawn (Fall/Spring)- If you have high-traffic areas or heavy clay soil, you will want to aerate every year.
Seed/over-seed lawn to encourage growth.
Pre-emergent/post-emergent weed control.
Bush removal/ Disposal
Garden Prep- Till ground, test soil, condition soil. Apply additives
Real Estate - Prep property for sale, rent or photos.
Fall/Spring leaf clean-up rates begin at $150 for first hour $70 per hour after that. You have the option to have them blown $ (into wooded area), Bagged to the curb $$, bagged & hauled $$$.

If I could give more than 5 Stars...I would!!! This company is Awesome!!! I was initially given 3 pros and this company was our Blessing. Started out with a 1/4 lawn sod job (2 pallets!) to a full lawn (8 pallets!). They are, punctual and professional and communication is excellent. Pricing was also very affordable compared to others. They ensure you are Happy with the job done, our yard looks very nice...can't wait until about 2 weeks when the sod has rooted and it can be cut. We haven't had grass for 20+ years! I’m so glad I went with 1st Impressions when it came to my overgrown yard. They tackled my front yard by mowing the grass, blowing the pine cones and leaves and cutting down my hedges. They were very nice and professional. They came early enough to take care of my yard leaving me the rest of the day to have to myself. I will definitely be using them again!

In Fall of 2019, my husband and I were preparing to put our house on the market. Our yard had accumulated a lot of leaves, pine needles and fallen branches which we raked into large piles. We decided to find a company who was willing to haul away loads of debris. We found 1st Impressions Lawn Care on Thumbtack. They were easy to contact and quickly responded. The young men who came out to do the service, which were the owner’s sons, were very hard working and polite. I felt we were charged a very reasonable price, and the Ms. Tia (the owner) provided us with electronic receipts immediately upon payment. I would definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend this company.

Solutions to Fit Your Budget
We will work with you to ensure that you can achieve your landscaping goals AND stay within your desired budget. All of our projects are planned, outlined, and budgeted for your review first. There is no guesswork involved. You will know exactly what your final bill will be before we break any ground.. We are very easy to work with.
We accept CashApp, Venmo , Zelle, PayPal & Square -(client pays fee) & cash. We do not accepted checks. Payment is due at time of service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd be happy offer an onsite estimate regarding lawn care. IF you aren't sure of the size or if there is something unusual needing to be done.
Most clients are scheduled reoccurring every 1 to 2 weeks.
We want long term relationships with our customers. We like to meet face to face to learn about what the customer wants done. We look over the job and give the best price possible. We answer/ address any questions or concerns you might have. Learn about what they want the final product to be. We explain the process, agree on a price, and then assure the customer that they can have peace of mind that we will take care of their property as if it is our own own. We then complete the project and ask the customer if they are satisfied with the work and if there is anything else we can address for them. Our focus is customer satisfaction.
