- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we do use mostly a flat rate but according to the job we may do it hourly if it works out for the homeowner. I can make the same but when I work by the hour and just charge my customers the price for the part with no mark up then I find it to be a win win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to educate them on the problem along with the correct repair giving all pricing before completing any work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Commercial Refrigeration, I'm EPA, BPI and NATE certified. I also have my non restricted air conditioning license.
