I called and told her that i need a letter written to my tenant. She told me it should be more than 2 hours. Sent me the invoice and I paid it immediately. On 5/12, She sent me an email asking for my contract with the person subleasing and I sent it to her. I have not heard back since. Ive contacted her several times through email and also through here, ZERO RESPONSE. Totally unprofessional and scammy. She just disappeared. UPDATE 6/20: She finally contacted me and said that it was because she hired an assistant that had basically not told her about all of my messages. She asked to make it up to me and I said OK. She wrote a letter to my tenant and my tenant responded. I asked what I should do, and she said she doesn't have time for my case. I told her that was completely unprofessional and she said she wont engage in client who "insult" her. Nuts. I would give her zero stars if I could... Its kind of a scam, dont spend any money up front with her!
