Great company to work with! Our ac unit broke down on us so we contacted Weather Masters. Jason and his guys are awesome. They were very professional, showed up on time and got us up and running again. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our old unit for a new one, but we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call if you’re in need of their services. You want be disappointed.

Replace heat and air conditioner arrived on time cleaned up once they finished. Brandon did an outstanding job of explaining the process to me. Also a lady who I talked to in detail about when they were going to arrive and what they were going to do. Shes the first person I met. Her information was correct the work iwas done very professional as far as I know and they kept my home clean. Thanks again for Make it easy doing what you say youre gonna do.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge an $80 trip charge but you get to keep that cost if you hire us to provide your service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re calling for a preventative maintenance agreement it is pretty straight forward. If it is a complete change out, we will need to come by to see the scope of work. If you are interested in duct cleaning, we do prefer to come by before giving a HARD quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified in I & II. We have been providing this service in Metro Atlanta for 32+ years.
