Great company to work with! Our ac unit broke down on us so we contacted Weather Masters. Jason and his guys are awesome. They were very professional, showed up on time and got us up and running again. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our old unit for a new one, but we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. Great experience, great work, fair price. I had an issue with my upstairs unit; the drain pipe was not installed correctly and I had a lot of water on the bottom of the unit and in the return duct. The fixed it quickly and at a fair price. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge an $80 trip charge but you get to keep that cost if you hire us to provide your service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re calling for a preventative maintenance agreement it is pretty straight forward. If it is a complete change out, we will need to come by to see the scope of work. If you are interested in duct cleaning, we do prefer to come by before giving a HARD quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified in I & II. We have been providing this service in Metro Atlanta for 32+ years.
