Replace heat and air conditioner arrived on time cleaned up once they finished. Brandon did an outstanding job of explaining the process to me. Also a lady who I talked to in detail about when they were going to arrive and what they were going to do. Shes the first person I met. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge an $80 trip charge but you get to keep that cost if you hire us to provide your service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re calling for a preventative maintenance agreement it is pretty straight forward. If it is a complete change out, we will need to come by to see the scope of work. If you are interested in duct cleaning, we do prefer to come by before giving a HARD quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified in I & II. We have been providing this service in Metro Atlanta for 32+ years.
