Jeff completed an outdoor project on our house. We are very pleased with Jeff's expertise and service. He found a very cost effective way to deal with our stucco siding issues that make the siding quite strong, energy efficient, moisture proof and woodpecker proof. While preparing to install a new paver patio, Jeff discovered a potentially dangerous situation by our foundation. If he did not discover and correct this, half our house could have fallen. Jeff also installed a beautiful stone retaining wall, windows, french doors, replaced our driveway, parking pads, walk, new landscaping, installed gutter guards and new chimney caps. All of the work was done with quality materials. The outside of our house looks quite beautiful and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Jeff. We trust that the job has been done correctly as he is very knowledgeable about home construction, repair and remodeling technique and products. We would use Jeff again for future remodeling or construction and highly recommend him to anyone who is considering those projects.

We hired Jeff to renovate a bonus room in our home. He was extremely professional and kept to all of the timelines and costs he promised. We happened to be having our roof done at the same time through another contractor and it was a night and day difference dealing with Jeff compared to the roofing company that will remain unnamed. We plan on finishing our basement next year and we will be contacting JN Residential when the time comes. Thanks again Jeff!
