We chose Premier Generator after hurricane "Helene " devastated our area and our neighbors in North Carolina. The original private company we hired in N.C. couldn't start the installation for our Generator because of the damage to the interstate. We would like to Thank Premier Generator for their help and professionalism. A really special "Thanks to Ben" out of the Crossville TN. office for his expertise and knowledge !!! Appreciate all your help and support !!!

Olivia met with us and provided a complete and easy to understand estimate for the installation and continuing service of a Generac Generator. We selected Premier based on value of materials and services to be provided, including ACC approval and VEC coordination. The install was scheduled in a timely manner. Jonathon and his crew arrived on time and the installation was completed in one day. They were respectful of the property, leaving it clean and neat. They were very careful to save the iris rhizomes that had to be dug up for the cement pad to be put down and put them in a tub we provided.
