Each project is unique and there is no way to gauge how extensive the work will be. I will do my best to figure it out within 6 weeks. You will be left with a full, beautiful, well researched family tree. Final payment due upon completion.
If you have a unique, quick project, you can contract with me for exploratory work for $285.
This includes initial consultation and 6 hrs of research. Hours can be added at the rate of $40 hr.
I clean up your tree, grow your tree and share easy tools for accessing the new information.
I do NOT accept work to prove tribal heritage, Dawes rolls, or claim citizenship or legal rights. Nor do I investigate cheating spouses.

After decades of searching off and on, I accepted the fact that I would never know who my father was or meet that side of the family.
All hope was gone and I was completely discouraged. Seeking out a genealogist was my Hail Mary.

JJ is FANTASTIC … I would choose ALL 5 descriptors! This lady was FAST.. found my paternal side of the family tree.. I have been searching for over 10 years and JJ found my lineage in a littler over 2 DAYS!
She also found a brother who submitted DNA to another web site.. I had DNA with ancestry.. JJ uploaded them both to a communal site… match us both and texted us to let us know! ON A SUNDAY EVEN.!!

Where do I begin, well, this journey has been nothing but a roller coaster of emotions from the age of 15 from now at the age of 38 hoping to find any solid information on my family background. Back then there was not any DNA testing available at the time, until one day, along came AncestryDNA then followed by 23andme MyHeritage, etc…. I started off with 23andme and got really good information then uploaded my results to MyHeritage and FamilyTreeDNA and those are where I received close relatives, I was shocked. I had so many relatives in the United States. I decided to purchase the AncestryDNA kit 2 weeks later and received my results rather quickly and tried to put the puzzle together on a family tree. I was so confused there was so much family and spread out I didn’t know where to start, that’s were JJ comes in and pinpoints a specific family in as little as 2 days, that is amazing to me. What I have now is a name for my Potential Father and regardless if he is or not, I know we have the right family. JJ I can’t thank you enough for helping me through this process and no matter what the cost its priceless to the amount of help and knowledge you have with genealogy research, I couldn’t have done it without you. I highly recommend JJ and I appreciate what she has done for me. Thank you again JJ.

The first time I corresponded with JJ of Ancestree I was impressed with her enthusiasm. What I was asking her to do, was to help in locating my father's side of the family. I knew nothing. She said that was right up her alley and loved doing it. We exchanged emails and she gave me her terms and what to expect. I accepted. That same day she worked on getting set up with my DNA accounts. When completed she started sleuthing. Over the next weeks she began building my tree. My goodness, I had no idea that I had so many DNA relatives. She was fun to work with and very patient. Genealogy is way over my head but she took the time to coach me as best she could. I recommend her highly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require 1/2 payment to begin the project. The balance is due when the project is complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client supplies me with information they have and then pay upon the conclusion of work. Projects are generally within 4 weeks. I am a quick communicator and will aptly reply to any communication throughout the project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients have been men or women in their 60’s who were adopted, or have had parents who were adopted.
I’ve helped several dozen individuals in the past year identify their family through DNA. This is incredibly life changing and I’m so honored to be on this journey with you.
