HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
If information about or a repair is needed this is your company! I was impressed by the level of expertise, customer service integrity and professionism! Fairly recently, I had sod installed in one of my properties, where, inspite of all this rain, it was drying out. I was not there to see the rich green color changed to dull from dehydration. My inground sprinkler system is old but very functional, I thought. Since it stopped working I contacted Exclusive Irrigation to diagnose and fix the problem. Miguel came to the rescue. He was immediately familiar with the old sprinkler system (Hunter) and after evaluating possibilities was able to diagnose the unexpectant problem and show me that someone (probably lawncare person) had literally turned off valves). Then he educated me on how the system can be improved/ maximized to do it's job to turn off during rain by installing a simple device on/near the roof (the roof was replaced w/ new gutter guard system, which may have been knocked off a device that was there). I knew nothing about irrigation and he could have easily have created a bogus need I would have paid, b/c I was about to lose a expensive lawn renovation. The charge was very minimal/fair compared to other service charges. Of course, I am asking his company to install the device and adopt it for all services I need that they provide. THANK YOU Miquel!!!!
