FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put much thought in my coaching and training for each individual. Being in the Fitness industry since 2001 gives me the experience and knowledge to motivate my clients and get them strategically where they want to be. I travel to you and from the 60-90 min consultation I start programming every aspect of your change. Your change includes exercise, homework, nutrition, habit adjustment (behavioral work), and recovery specific to how you learn, your past and current habits and your current body mechanics. You just don't get to your goals in a reasonable time with me, you learn how to keep them and better yourself. In the long run you save much more money by training with me and learning how to train yourself. Single sessions are typically $100 per individual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typical do a phone consultation which lasts anywhere from 15-20 min to get a better understanding of my clients and their specific needs. Then we schedule a success session which gives me information on my clients learning style, triggers, behaviors, eating habits, lifestyle habits, and I take physical tests and movement screening to see what my clients can do. This information is all taken into account in developing a program specific to my clients goals, learning abilities, triggers that make them continue or stop, and shows me where they are now so I can strategically guide them to where they want to be and beyond. This develops lifestyle habits that go along with their goals for near permanent success.
