- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! We are constantly reading material that pertains to our business. We are always excited to see what "The real King Cobra" is talking about in his forum. This is the man that sets up pool tables for the best shooters in the world. When ever we apply Simonis or other worsted billiard cloth to pool tables, we use his techniques in the pockets. It eliminates wrinkles and exposed staples so your balls don't get nicked up. There will always be someone that knows more than we do. If we stay humble and keep an open mind, then we have the opportunity to grow.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common jobs are helping individuals sell their pool tables through our Sale Assistance and Consignment programs. When the tables sell, we deliver and install them for the buyers. Many of these pool tables need new felt and even new cushions, so re-felt and re-cushion services are common as well. Our services are designed to be helpful to those looking to buy, sell, move, or improve their pool table.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Research! Research! Try to find the company you are looking to hire on review sites such as Kudzu.com and Angie's List. Do a google search on the company's name or even the owner's name. Ask for references on jobs that didn't go perfectly. It is important to know how a company is going to treat you when facing "the worst case scenario." Most of all, call us and allow us to give you the personal attention that you deserve. We are more than happy to help educate you before you buy a product or service.
