**Additional Review because I can't add a new one:My first review was for my residence. This one is for my business! Gave ELM HVAC a call this morning because one of my units wasn't blowing cold air and my staff was acting like they were dying (LOL)...ELM HVAC was able to not only fit me in with a same-day evaluation, but fixed the problem. Again, great and timely service. You all are MUCH appreciated!---------------------------------------------------------The guys with ELM HVAC showed up on time and provided quality work on our new install. I loved that they showed up at 7am to get it done. In this new time where it feels too often like people don't really want to work, these men showed up with smiles on their faces and got the job done!

Always a pleasure doing business with ELM and Ernest is the best. I still use their annual servicing and the latest service received April 2026 bothered me a bit because I was charged $200 to clear the drain line to my A/C unit; but yet he used my bottle of bleach as well as my filter on hand. I paid $300 overall and yet I had to provide bleach and a filter and that rubbed me the wrong way. He spent less time clearing the line then he did servicing the HVAC unit and yet I paid twice as much for the line clearing as the HVAC service charges and I had to provide materials to work with. Not the type of experience I'm used to receiving from this company; but I will allow them another visit next year and see how it goes before I dismiss them.
