Chalyse was amazing for my proposal shoot. She went above and beyond driving back and forth in a rain storm, spent extra time to get shots at different locations and the photo quality was fantastic. We didn’t even do an engagement shoot because we loved these pictures so much!

Chalyse was a dream to work with. We had our engagement shoot in NYC and she took the time to visit all of our bucket list places to take photos. I had sent her some inspiration pictures beforehand and our photos came out EXACTLY as I had hoped. I would recommend her photography services to anybody!!

I don't know where to begin! Chalyse was such an amazing part of our wedding - she felt like family, and we honestly feel that the day (and the prep) wouldn't have been the same without her. She is the most wonderful, professional and kind person, and a beyond sensational photographer. Right from our very first email exchanges, she was helpful, knowledgeable and kind, and we knew straight away that we wanted our day to be captured by her. In the run-up to our wedding day, Chalyse took the time to give us so much helpful advice and guidance - not just about photography, but about the wedding as a whole - which meant so much to us! She sent us a beautifully put together guide with helpful tips, and chatted with us at length about the kinds of photos we were hoping for. She encouraged us to put together a list of group photos that we'd like, so that she could call out names and essentially take the pressure off us on the day - this worked amazingly well, and meant that we could focus on enjoying the moment instead of trying to rally people together for photos, haha! She was genuinely invested in our love story, and that felt really special. She gave us a beautiful personalised keepsake box as a gift, which meant the world to us! As far as the photos themselves go, we are absolutely blown away by them. Chalyse is an expert in capturing warm, soft lighting - her colour palette is stunning. She was super flexible, and came with us to a couple of different locations (including the beach!) for couples portraits after the ceremony. The photos are breathtaking, and she made us feel completely at ease while she was shooting them. We have a lovely mix of both candid and planned photos, and we absolutely adore them all. Chalyse is one of the most fun, warm and insanely talented people I've met, and she made sure that we have a whole collection of beautiful photos to remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives. If you're looking for a wedding photographer, you should 100% reach out to her - we have already started recommending her to our local friends who are getting married! I'm currently set to graduate with my Bachelor's in Digital Design: Photographic Design in August 2024. Outside of this degree, I've taken a number of past college courses and mentorships to ensure I'm confident in what I'm able to provide as your photographer.
