- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe in "breaking the bank" for quality work! I do offer discounts to Military (Active, Veterans, Reserves), First Responders, Senior Citizens and repeat clients (after 2 sessions). Shoots outside of a 50 mile radius of the 31548 zip cope will incur travel fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with new customers is to have them fill out the "Contact" form found on my website. This gives me the opportunity to capture much needed information: Name, Contact Info, Type of Session you're seeking, desired location, desired date, and offers the chance to ask any specific questions. After the form is received and reviewed you will receive a phone call to discuss your session and answer those specific questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My initial education came via hands-on training through the use photography meetup groups and model walks. Then as I got more serious about it I took an online Digital Photography Class. After completion of that class I enrolled in New York Institute of Photography.
