I had a great experience working with Southern Charm for my office door installation. They were incredibly professional and personable from start to finish. During the install, we discovered that my door jamb and casing needed to be replaced, and the crew handled it seamlessly—they went out, purchased the necessary materials, and did an excellent job with the installation. They also went above and beyond to adjust for slightly uneven floors, ensuring the doors opened and closed perfectly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.

I never realized the valuable of a capable and affordable home improvement expert until I needed several things around the house repaired and found myself either ridiculously overcharged or left with shoddy workmanship. After having various so-so, grossly overcharged projects completed, I decided that rather than just hire as I had done in the past by hiring random businesses who popped up when I “googled,” I would check Angie’s List. Somehow I found a couple of names so I contacted them and hired the “most affordable” quote, and that was a company named Southern Charm. Well, not only were they affordable, but they also ended up doing work of top notch quality. I cannot say enough good things. Seth was extremely capable, timely, and respectful of the home. You will be in great hands if you hire this company!
