AireServ changed my house into a home! From the start, Marty came right out, evaluated my situation, got a proposal written up, gave me a senior discount and a solution for financing. About a week later Joe and Noah showed up with everything needed and did the installation in one day! They were respectful, hard working and great to be around. They also patiently answered my questions and were very knowledgeable.
When you make a big investment like this you just want to be able to trust your contractor and I can tell you that on every level AirServ is the one! They are responsive, show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. I believe they are honest, and do a great job.
In the week that I've had my new system, I feel as if I have a new companion. My health has improved 50% and I now have a stable environment for myself and pets, with fresh smelling air throughout the home at all times! Don't hesitate to get your system from AireServ!
As I head into the holiday season I feel very grateful to AirServ and want to wish everyone...

I had seven companies quoting on the replacement of our 3 ton heat pump and air handler. Air Serv was not the least expensive but worked with me and I feel I got the best bang for the buck. I compared units quoted, warranties, and consumer reports on the units. They were courteous, honest and responded quickly to any questions I had about units and the installation. The install was on time and looked great. The system has been perfect so far and I dont expect any concerns with the install. I am looking forward to the next 2 or 3 electric bills as there should be a noticeable difference.

AireServ in Rome gets my very highest praise. I cannot remember the last time I felt this good about giving my money over to a business. Not only did they go very far above and beyond, but they were also incredible people whom I feel privileged to have met. Larry, Becky, and Ethan were all very friendly and helpful. They were generous in their service, their time, their instruction & guidance, and their delivered product. I really cannot more highly recommend them.I initially tried getting quotes at multiple places for an HVAC system designed for a basement to be finished in. Other companies in Rome didn't even get back with me. Larry, however, looked over my plans carefully to understand everything I wanted to accomplish. He quoted it how I had it. Then he talked with me at length and great patience, helping me to find some smart changes that really saved me some money! I was very pleased with the price as it was not only fair but generous to me. The people here really care for their customers in a way that I have not experienced for many years. Even after all the work, these are the kind of people I would want to hang out with! I wish them the very best in their business and will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet who needs HVAC work.(Note: I have no prior connection with this company nor any of the people who work there. I also rarely leave reviews. And, I am receiving absolutely nothing in exchange for this review. That's how strongly I feel about them.)
