Nick and Jason were both very easy to interact with and responsive in communication. Jason came to evaluate my treadmill He was very qualified especially because he owned his own fitness company in the past. He found where squirrels had hidden nuts in the guts of the machine, hence the malfunctioning! He told me that to replace the mother board would not be a wise investment But he helped me figure out how to bypass the problem area and still use the basic components of the treadmill. I really appreciated his professional evaluation and also being mindful of what would be the most cost effective solution for me
