- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing individual, group, and corporate support. The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation to discover your challenges and to see if we are a good fit to work together. Step two is to take an assessment based on your challenges, (financial, emotional, physical, etc.). The third step will involve a detailed, personal lifestyle strategy session, and the final steps can take 1-12 months, depending upon the amount of work required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Psychology, Biology, and Nutrition education from the University of West Georgia, my Certification in Life and Wellness Coaching from The International Association of Wellness Professionals, and am Board Certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I have many certifications in various disciplines that focus on brain health, metabolism, emotions, hormones, addictions, trauma, chronic illness, and nutritional deficiencies.
