What felt like the one day of Spring that the weather was 86 degrees my ac stopped cooling. I had guests visiting, the house was very hot, and it was late in the day. I came home from a 9 day trip to my ac not working. I contacted Stan that same evening and he was able to come and quickly diagnose what was wrong. He was very polite and professional. The issue was an error on my part ( lack of maintenance ). He was patient in explaining to me what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future.
