I came home from a 9 day trip to my ac not working. I contacted Stan that same evening and he was able to come and quickly diagnose what was wrong. He was very polite and professional. The issue was an error on my part ( lack of maintenance ). He was patient in explaining to me what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. I shall be keeping him as my regular HVAC professional🤗.

Stan was great! He responded within minutes of my request and was at my house within 2 hours. My ac wasn’t cooling and the temperature in my house was 88 degrees. I was expecting guests and was desperate to have it repaired. He was very thorough and spent time calming my concerns about the ac unit and getting it repaired. Shortly after submitting my request for service, I received a message from Stan...it was 5:50 am on a Sunday! He called me a couple of hours afterwards to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he assessed the problem rather quickly and made the necessary repairs. In no time, my AC was up and running! Choose this company now! Stan is amazing. We first asked another company for an estimate. My grandmother was being targeted and up-charged for unnecessary services by the other company. Then Neighborhood Hero HVAC swooped in and saved the day. I’m so blessed and grateful that Stan came short notice and repaired my grandmother’s HVAC system on the spot and fast!
