Neighborhood Hero HVAC was super responsive and got back to me immediately. They were able to get out to my property the next day and promptly repaired and serviced my AC unit resulting in one happy customer. Awesome, professional and extremely competent technician who got the job done!

I contacted Stan in the evening when my AC wasn’t cooling properly. He came out that same night and diagnosed our AC. He took his time he didn’t rush he talked me through what was potentially wrong with it. He even suggested that we get a second opinion if we weren’t 100% sure that was our compressor was the problem. We decided to go with his diagnosis. He came back once the part was available and he changed our compressor. He walked us through everything he did. He made sure the vents were blowing out the correct temperature. He assured me if the problem wasn’t corrected he’d figure out what the issue was. But Stan was right once he changed the compressor our house cooled down. I would 100% recommend this company we will be calling him in the future to maintenance our HVAC system. His prices are extremely reasonable and I appreciated the time he spent explaining everything and talking us through it.
