If you are looking for an honest, diligent, professional group to work with for your home renovations and remodeling this company is the one for you. Not only did they point out issues my property had that I did not notice when we did the initial inspection,as they found other issues they checked in and pointed them out and fixed then speedily with high quality. They also had suggestions on how to improve other parts of my property to ensure longevity. I will definitely be working with them in future.

Perez solutions did a kitchen remodel for my outdated apartment and I couldn’t be happier. For reference, my apartment is 3 floors high with only stairs. He cautiously carried the heavy stone up and installed it. I was impressed by his knowledge and recommendations.

Perez Solutions did an excellent job with my home. He did a great job remodeling my bathroom (tile in shower and floor; installing new vanity, toilet and painting). We had other projects that needed to be completed after the bathroom was complete. Due to his professionalism, work value and knowledge, we hired him for other drywall, kitchen and yard projects. We were very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely refer them to our family and friends.
