Oh that all contractors were like Eric. From the very first time we met, I knew this was a man of integrity and skill. He is an artist and loves what he does. His work was terrific, his communication phenomenal, and he provided value that could not be beaten. It didn't hurt that he was also very reasonably priced. Please have no qualms about hiring this man for grade AAA++ countertop work. I'd give him 10 stars if they let me.

Eric Jones may not be a large company, but his professionalism and passion are so apparent. Although I did not use him for my kitchen sink installation ultimately because I needed the service of a larger company (that's the ONLY reason I didn't select him), he made a lasting impression. He responded immediately to my inquiry and minutes into our initial conversation he told me exactly what my issue was and how he could resolve it. He literally educated me on the process and even explained how I didn't need to spend money on a new sink but use my current sink. He also offered a great price! Unfortunately, however, I wasn't able to select him because the larger company was able to offer an additional service. He is definitely knowlegeable and passionate...priceless qualities in any industry.

All quotations are based on the individual need and requirments of the customers
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For maintenance,repair or restoration of existing surfaces. Phone contact and consultation. On site inspection of issues or concerns. Preparation of written quotation outlining the scope of work and related cost. Acceptance of proposal and then scheduling of project. For fabrication slab selection would follow initial consultation and field measure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eighteen years of experience. This trade requires time, patience, and many mistakes to be able to perform at the highest level. Bringing the quality of a multi million dollar kitchen or bath to any and everyone .
