- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each cookie is $3. Minimum order is 4 cookies. Orders can be placed in quantities of 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 cookies. Prices are per cookie and include standard packaging. Custom or large catering orders can be priced separately—please contact me for a quote. All sales are final for perishable baked goods. No additional fees unless special packaging or delivery is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry: You reach out through Thumbtack or my website with your order request, event details, or questions. Discuss Details: I’ll confirm the flavors, quantities, any dietary considerations, and delivery or pickup options. Confirm Your Order: Once we finalize the details, I’ll provide a clear total and confirm your order. Baking & Preparation: I bake all cookies fresh in small batches, ensuring each one meets my high standards for quality and taste. Pickup or Delivery: Your cookies are carefully packaged and ready for pickup or delivery at the agreed-upon time. Follow-Up: After your order, I may check in to make sure everything met your expectations and to invite feedback or reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over five years of experience baking at home, refining my skills, experimenting with flavors, and perfecting recipes. While I’m self-taught, this hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of baking techniques, ingredient quality, and small-batch production. My focus is on creating cookies that are not only delicious but thoughtfully made with care and attention to detail.
