Rafael is very informative. He responded within a day. Not only he lets me know what needs to be done and how he is going to do it. Through out the process, he is always very attentive and won’t short cut the drying time. I am happy to recommend him! I am attaching some before and after pictures from the fixed grout work.

A small chip in a tile in a shower meant tiles had to be removed, replaced, regrouted. Shower door needed to be removed and reinstalled. Rafael handled everything carefully and professionally. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain and answer questions. Great job.

I asked somebody to help me do the tiles in my kitchen, but it turned out to be a big mess, Thanks to Rafael who rectified it and made it more pleasing in my eyes.He knows what he is doing! Thank you Rafael! The first two picture was a failure and the last one picture was the one that Rafael made
