- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices reasonable. I like to run specials and discounts often so make sure you stay tuned on my social media accounts. There is a nonrefundable deposit required to secure your appointment. Travel fees depend on the location and time requested and is usually included in the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients must request an appointment and give me details about the occasion, then I will contact you and we will do a virtual consultation about the service requested. Appointments are first come first served. All clients must make a nonrefundable deposit to secure any appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Hogan Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics, I completed the Esthetics program.
