- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It honestly depends on the service the client is seeking , how many people are in their party needing service, and the distance i am traveling to the client. I also take into consideration the age group of the client. For example , if I am doing face painting for a group of 4 year olds , the price may be slightly higher than it would be for a 10 year old. The reason being is that small children some times take more time than older kids do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer , I like to get as much information as possible to make sure that I understand what it is they want. I then may ask to set up a phone conversation so that I can assist my client better and they can ask any questions they need answered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years plus in makeup artistry.
