How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, I was very insecure and lacking confidence. When I began my journey to transform my body, I felt my confidence rise. Eventually, everything got better. I got more respect, I did better at my job, my relationship with my girlfriend got better, and it seemed the success of getting fit transferred into other areas of my life. I got into personal training, because I wanted others to feel what I felt. I wanted to give back.
