What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a traveling fee if you’re 25 miles from the Leesburg, GA area. We have a 2 room carpet cleaning minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out via Thumbtack, we will agree to a date, time, and price with client. The day before the project we will reach out to client to confirm that today still works fine for them. If no response within 15 after scheduled time we will cancel project or reschedule.
