What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact, first meeting to find out exactly what the potential customer wants, take measurments and do a takeoff for materials and labor, give customer quote on job and if satisfied with it begin job as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training. I've been in the construction industry for 23 years. Everything from steel erection to interior trim and painting.
