I have a one story ranch with an unfinished basement that's about 2,100 sqft. TC3 listened to what I wanted and transformed my ranch into a two story Mediterranean style home with a finished basement. TC3 added approximately 2,000 sqft of living space. We are ready to submit our plans to the city for permitting. Very thorough in their approach. Awesome design!

Ira of TC3 Design Studios is excellent! He’s a great designer and in my opinion an even greater person. He was able to thoroughly answer all my questions and keep me on track. I can’t imagine anyone who uses TC3 to be disappointed. Thank you Ira for all your help!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TC3 does not have a complicated system for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client, its always a good idea to educate the client on the design process. At TC3 we enjoy our collaboration with our new clients where they become an integral part of the design process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. There are so many webinars, and online training that we participate monthly on software, hardware, and techniques.
