Francisco is terrible. He is a fraud. He came into my home with only one intention, to collect money and run. I called him for 3 bathroom renovations which he requested for 50% before starting the job. He began with the masters bathroom but did not complete it. He just installed the dry wall, tardy wall tiling which was not in line with original agreements. The tiles weren't set straight and level. His measurements were off, he didnt follow the agreed design. He only did two days of work before disappearing with our money. My husband and I tried calling him severally to find the reason for the delays and when the job would be completed, he initially answered with excuses that the ordered acrylic for the other two baths were yet to be delivered, but then he stopped picking up our calls entirely since early February. The only other time we spoke to him was when we called using an office number, he didnt know it was us and he promised coming the next day. He didnt. Clearly, he intended dupping us from the get go. This is his modus operandi. He comes into your home, gives you an attractive quote, ask for 50% of the total project, work for a day or two then says he's waiting for some materials to arrive and at that point stops responding to your calls, texts. He will just disappeare into thin air. Don't be deceived by his appearance of sincererity and professionalism, two qualities that he lacks in totality. It’s all a criminal manipulation.
He lacks the skill to remodel bathrooms. He only relies on third-party workmen whoes role is to keep a fake appearance of a functional enterprise. Do not be fooled. They’re a well oiled, fraudulent company (Bathplaza USA group)and it’s owner Francisco, if that is his real name). We’ve had to hire another contractor who started all over & we will surely be seeking redress at the courts. These guys must be stopped.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Francisco and Bath Plaza for my home remodeling project, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the overall service provided. From start to finish, the experience was marred by Francisco’s dishonesty, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism.
First and foremost, Francisco’s communication skills were severely lacking. It was nearly impossible to get a timely response from him, and when he did respond, it often felt like he was evading the issues at hand. This lack of communication led to numerous misunderstandings and delays throughout the project.
Furthermore, it became apparent that Francisco had a tendency to say “yes” to everything, even if it was not possible or should not have been done. This resulted in a series of subpar workmanship and the use of low-quality materials. The quality of the work and materials used were far below my expectations and standards.
To add insult to injury, Francisco consistently failed to meet the agreed-upon timelines, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience for myself and my family. This lack of punctuality and reliability only served to exacerbate an already unpleasant experience.
Additionally, I have recently discovered that the shower walls installed by Francisco and his team are coming unglued. This is a significant issue that will require the shower to be completely redone. It is incredibly frustrating to have to deal with such a major problem so soon after the completion of the project.
Perhaps the most concerning issue was the damage caused to our washer and dryer units. During the remodeling process, Francisco and his team carelessly scratched our appliances, leaving them in a less-than-desirable condition. Additionally, their installation of the electrical components was done incorrectly, leading to sparks when the units were touched. This disregard for safety and lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable.
In conclusion, my experience with Francisco and Bath Plaza’s home remodeling services was nothing short of a nightmare. His dishonesty, poor communication, lack of adherence to deadlines, subpar workmanship, damaging of our appliances, and the issue with the shower walls coming unglued have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against hiring Francisco and Bath Plaza for any home remodeling projects.
