Introduction: We are based in Lilburn, GA, and serve the surrounding areas. Our services include cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, and punch outs so that your properties become rent and sale ready. Cleaning jobs whether a deep clean or a touch up are completed within 48 hours of receiving the work request. Other services are provided a guaranteed completion time once the job is seen and quoted. We provide before and after pictures of all work completed. Our service area is within 100 miles of Lilburn, GA. Cleaning Services: Completed within 48 hours of receiving work. Before and after pictures are provided. We offer deep cleanings for final cleans, move in and move outs. Cleaning consists of the following: 1. All windows and window tracts shall be cleaned. 2. All hard surface floors shall be thoroughly swept of debris and wet mopped. 3. All carpets shall be vacuumed. 4. All shower areas, bath tubs, and sinks shall be thoroughly cleaned of any debris. 5. All of the light fixtures shall be cleaned. This includes removing the glass covers and removing any debris within the light fixture 6. All compartments of the toilets and seats shall be cleaned. 7. All mirrors shall be cleaned. Any defects in the mirrors shall be identified and communicated to the appropriate representative. 8. All baseboards and other interior trim areas shall be dusted and cleaned. 9. All cabinets and bathroom vanities shall be cleaned inside and out. 10. The garage(s) shall be swept clean and all debris removed. 11. All appliances, old and new, shall be thoroughly cleaned. All appliance brochures and literature shall be placed into the cabinet drawer immediately to the left of the cook top / range. 12. Markings on painted walls or doors shall be cleaned with “magic erasers.” 13. All doorknobs shall be cleaned from overspray 14. Cleaning crews shall provide and leave toilet paper for each toilet in the house. 15. Cleaning crew shall remove all protective coverings on the floors. The debris shall be hauled off of the job site and properly disposed. 16. If after the cleaning operation is complete and it is determined that there is an offensive smell or odor that still exists in the house, this will be communicated to appropriate representative. Touch Ups: Completion time on touch ups is within 48 hours of receiving work order. Touch Ups include: 1. Clean counters, window sills, and ceiling fans to remove any dust. 2. Sweep/mop and vacuum floors. 3. Freshen up bathrooms Carpet Cleaning: We will clean a room or an entire home. Pricing is per room. Rooms larger than 230 Sq Ft is considered two rooms. Combination Rooms = 2 rooms and a flight of stairs = 1 room. Painting: We would need to estimate the job to see size and condition of the room. Punchout/Turnover: We would need to see property to estimate. Our price includes a final cleaning so that when the job is completed the home is ready to rent/sell.
