I recently had my AC and furnace replaced by Mon Heating & Air Conditioning, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had with a major home improvement project. From the very beginning, Mon was incredibly professional. He actually encouraged me to seek competitive bids for the replacement. After doing my research, it was clear that his pricing for major brand equipment was well below the market average. What I appreciated most was the honesty—there was absolutely no effort to up-sell me on features I didn't need or suggest unnecessary work. On installation day, Mon arrived exactly on time. The entire job was completed in about seven hours, and it was impressive to see how prepared he was; he never had to leave the site once for additional tools or parts. The attention to detail extended to the cleanup as well. Once the job was done, you wouldn’t have even known he was there. All the old equipment and packaging were hauled away, and the work area was left spotless. Most importantly, the final cost was exactly what was quoted—no hidden fees or "surprises." Mon did such an amazing job on our HVAC system. He communicated very well from beginning to end, he was prompt, professional and got the heat and air back up and running for a very reasonable price. My AC was blowing hot air and my technician was able to replace the compressor and install my smart thermostat very quickly. He also changed the filter and checked the airflow. Immediately afterwards cold air was blowing and the upstairs is now cool again. Very professional and a reliable source for HVAC needs. Definitely will use the service again.
