- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When sending a quote, I try my best to base the pricing on the full scope of the project to pinpoint exactly what you need with no surprise costs. The more information provided about your request, the better the result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For larger projects, I prefer to chat with my clients in person or via phone to get a clear idea of their needs, their vision, and their expectations. It's important for customers and service providers to truly enjoy each others company. If you're going to invest your valuable time and money, be sure to hire the right person for the job.
