I really enjoyed working with Alfredo and his team. Alfredo is kind and personable, and responsive for the most part. I hired Alfredo and his team to change out my patterned granite countertops for a pure white quartz, which included extending an island that was initially 75 x 45 inches, to a single jumbo slab measuring 75 x 135 inches with a 3-sided 18 inch overhang. This required that they not only install the countertops but build out the base to support the larger slab. It was a pretty ambitious project which likely accounted some of the hiccups along the way. We had to micromanage a little bit more than I like, but what I appreciated most is that Alfredo was always patient and fixed the problems without being defensive or minimizing my concerns. The two larger issues were that the island was initially not level and the seam on the smaller countertop was fairly noticeable. He was apologetic about all issues and fixed them without complaining. He also helped facilitate hiring an electrician to install outlets in the new island base buildout, which was above and beyond. AND his prices were much better than anyone else I received quotes for. I'd recommend him for sure, especially for more straightforward projects.
