Oh my gosh, where to begin?! These folks are where it's at if you need seriously fabulous grooming and not just a (absolutely nothing against, by the way) bath and clip. Anna and CiCi were absolutely amazing with my lil doodle bug, Dewey, who was in horrible shape, horribly matted, mud filled his matted fur and he STUNK!! He was an indoor dog that had unfortunately had to become an outside dog for a period of time and it took it's toll on him. These ladies never batted an eye, never passed judgment, just promised to make it all better. They were entirely kind and compassionate to both my furbaby and myself. When I picked him up, he was absolutely gorgeous, he looked like a puppy again!! THEY MADE GOOD ON THEIR WORD!! THEY MADE IT ALL BETTER!! I was so happy I almost cried and just had to give Anna a hug, she was so sweet!! Folks, if you're lookin for a hunny hole of a true Pet Paradise for your FUR BABIES, THIS is the place to take them!! These ladies not only groom, they care and that's not something you find everday at the bigger, "corporate" locations, no offense to them, but it's a job mainly in those situations, here, it's Anna and CiCi's passion. I hope these ladies hang around for a long time as I will be telling EVERYONE I know about y'all, and coming back to visit, as well. Dewey's Mom

Ceci's response time was great. She responded within an hour of my request. They were able to work both of my dogs in the same day, so I was excited about that. Overall, everything was ok. Customer service was wonderful. I made an appointment for one dog to get a summer cut and my other dog to get washed and her nails clipped. When I arrived to pick them up, I was on the phone and really didn't pay attention to the hair cut. Once I got off the phone I noticed my dog's hair cut was kind of rugged and uneven instead of smooth like it usually is at the other groomer. He also had a couple of nicks on his hind leg where he was cut with the clippers. I wasn't really pleased with the hair cut but didn't bother to call and complain about it, since they did get me in on the same day. The other dogs nails were clipped and filed and looked fine, but the ears were still dirty. I'm assuming bc she had all kinds of hard dirt on them it may have been difficult to remove all of it. The prices are very reasonable and everything, I just don't think I'll be taking my dogs back since I wasn't completely happy with the hair cut.
