I contacted Allen about two months ago. He gave me a very competitive rate, but I wasn’t quite ready for the job. Other things came up but when I was ready about two weeks ago he was there responsive, and we set a date and time. he arrived very professional brought all of his gear Treated my home like it was his, cleaned up afterwards and protected my Furniture. not only did he clean out my chimney, but he gave me instructions specifically on how to light the fire and how to buy the wood. This was my first time using a fireplace, so he was very patient with me. I appreciate his time his knowledge his courtesy, and he did a wonderful job.
