- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square footage, the condition of the concrete, and the coating system selected. Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes after an on-site evaluation or photo review. We focus on quality materials, proper surface preparation, and long-lasting results rather than being the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs and evaluate the condition of the concrete. Then we provide a detailed estimate and explain the available coating options. Once approved, we schedule the project, prepare the surface correctly, install the system, and complete a final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and real-world experience in epoxy flooring and concrete coating systems, including surface preparation, repairs, moisture control, and proper application techniques. I stay up to date with products, tools, and industry best practices.
