What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For 75 gutter linear feet repairs or less I have a minimum charge, anything after that I'll come measure for an estimate! On Holiday timeframe we do offer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I'll measure your homes linear feet for gutter and downspouts., I will always check for any rotted wood like soffit or fascia, Than I'll give you the estimate along with the measurements and the prices, and let you know if you'll need any wood repairs or any other work done before installation of gutters! I will never install new gutters on rotted wood.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I have committed 13+ years hands on the jobs literally! And can advise our customers of what they really need, no extras, unless they desire it!
